PSYC 261 Personnel Psychology

This course examines the contributions of industrial/organizational psychology to human resource problems in organizations. Topics include job analysis, legal issues, employee recruitment and selection, performance management, training, research, and statistics. The course is designed for Psychology and Business majors interested in working in a human resource field.
