Global Studies Minor (GLST)

Course Requirements

A minor in Global Studies requires 18 hours of course work with HUM/GS 200 being required and 15 hours to be chosen from a list of designated courses below. Please note the following requirements: 1) 6 elective hours must be at the 300 level or above; 2) elective courses must be taken from at least three different departments or programs; 3) no more than 2 courses can be 100 level courses. In addition to the 18 hours, students must demonstrate a second language capability equivalent to the 202 level (or take up to 12 hours of a language) and take part in a University approved international experience.
