NURS 350 Foundations of Nursing I

This didactic, laboratory, and clinical course begins preparing the student to function as a

provider of care.  This course explores concepts, theories, and principles inherent in the roles and competencies of the professional nurse and applies this knowledge to practice. Identified basic human needs, the nursing process, and basic nursing skills are presented and used to guide professional nursing practice in simulated and clinical settings
