CMBA 680 Strategic Foresight
Operating in a world of rapid and pervasive change, businesses must become increasingly adept at incorporating uncertainty into their decision making processes. This course provides students with the tools and techniques need to imagine, and plan for, a variety of alternative futures. Topics covered include dynamic scanning, scenario building, game theory, and the incorporation of risk into strategic planning processes.
