BIOL 311 Genetics

A study of the structure and function of nucleic acids in viruses, prokaryotes, and eukaryotes along with basic concepts, principles and applications of classical, molecular and population genetics. Topics include recombinant technology, genetics and cancer, epigenetics, and the human genome.

BIOL 112 and BIOL 112L with grades of "C" or higher and 7 hours of Biology @ 200 level or higher.
