ME 110 Introduction to Mechanical Engineering
This course provides an introduction to mathematical concepts frequently used by mechanical engineers. Students are also given an introduction to various mechanical engineering subjects such as statics, dynamics, fluid mechanics and mechanics of materials. This course promotes critical thinking and application of the engineering design process to solve mechanical engineering problems. Incorporates hands-on lab activities with emphasis on the proper use of Microsoft Word for written assignments, along with Microsoft Excel for computations.
