MGMT 452 Employee and Labor Relations/Employment and Labor Law

Evolution of and current practices related to effective workplace relations between employer and employee in both union and non-union environments. The establishment and maintenance of a safe, healthy, diverse and secure workplace. Legal issues related to Human Resources, including EEO, FLSA, ADA, ERISA, and federal and state labor laws are explored.
