SMGT 315 Sport Facility and Event Management

Designed as an in depth study of the managerial activities related to sport facilities and event operations. This course will focus on facility design, planning, personnel, marketing facilities and events, developing revenue streams, scheduling, and operating. An emphasis is placed on utilizing available resources to achieve organizational goals.
