EXLD 613 Organizational Change and Development

This course looks at change and development in organizations and communities and the ways leaders affect and influence that change. Some of the most current change techniques such as appreciative inquiry and world café will be studied. Students will use a computer simulation to learn how change manifests in an organizational setting.
