A minor in Computational Biology requires a minimum of 21 hours in BIOL and CS courses, including

BIOL 111	Principles of Biology I	3

CS 112	Computers in Problem Solving	3
CS 112L	Computers in Problem Solving Lab	1
CS 172	Fundamentals of Computer Science	3
CS 172L	Fundamentals of Computer Science Lab	1
	AND
BIOL 240	Introduction to Bioinformatics	3
	OR
BIOL 333	Genomics	3
BIOL 333L	Genomics Laboratory	1

Plus two additional courses from the following list: BIOL 240, BIOL 333/L, BIOL 340, CS 234/L, CS 440, CS 471. Six credit hours taken for the minor must be 300-level or higher.
