ENGR 112 Construction Engineering & Management I

Students learn the fundamentals of wood and concrete construction engineering, management, and safety. Topics include applied mathematics in wood framing and formwork, concrete proportioning and mixing, and rebar layout. Students learn how to budget and schedule wood and concrete construction projects. The course includes computer applications in construction using spreadsheet software.
