CMBA 680 Strategic Foresight for Managing Change
Operating in a world of rapid and pervasive change, businesses must become increasingly adept at incorporating uncertainty into their decision-making processes. This course provides students with the tools and techniques need to imagine, and plan for, a variety of alternative futures, as well as how to lead an organization through change. Topics covered include dynamic scanning, scenario building, game theory, risk, and various strategies for managing and leading change successfully.
