EDDL 652 Family Consultation and Support
Family and Community Engagement explores the vital role of partnerships between educators and families in early childhood and special education. Students will explore the significance of fostering strong, reciprocal relationships with families to support children's learning and development. This course will teach students effective communication strategies tailored to diverse family backgrounds and cultures, facilitating meaningful engagement and collaboration. Additionally, students will explore how to leverage community resources and support services to enhance children's educational experiences with diverse needs, promoting a holistic approach to education.
