PMGT 682 Project Organization, Planning and Leadership

This course examines processes involved with project planning and leadership. Areas examined include scope, communications and closure. The course includes a review of program/portfolio management and reporting relationships. Also covered is a detailed study of organizational, management, and current theory on projected organizations.
