PMGT 683 Project Analysis and Control

This course provides in-depth study of procedures and processes related to the control of costs, risk, scheduling, and related activities. Computer methods including MS Project and other programs will be examined. In addition, in-depth analysis of cost, time and quality variance will be studied.
