HMBA 608 Capstone Project

Every student will complete one of three options to tie together important concepts from the Healthcare MBA curriculum: a working marketing plan for an organization to be selected by the instructor, a case study of an existing health care organization by applying principles of strategic management, marketing, and competitive analysis in health care organizations, or a functioning and comprehensive three year business plan or, in the alternative, a complete set of operating policies for a non-profit health care facility/institution.
