PSYC 310 Death and Dying

A course considering relevant topics relating to death and the dying process from a multi-disciplinary perspective. Course content includes the meaning of death, the dying process in historical context and in contemporary culture, bereavement, grief, and mourning, approaches to terminal care, death and childhood, violent death, suicide, death industries, the right to die, and surviving death.
