This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the rich and diverse literary and cultural traditions of the Global Middle Ages (from the 5th to the 15th century), focusing on works from England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Scandinavia, while analyzing sources and analogues from the Middle East, Asia, and North Africa.
